REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your TheraWrap within 30 days of delivery, email us at aluminehomes@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. No need to return the product unless we request it.

- One refund per customer, valid on your first order only.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- To request a refund, simply contact us with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your TheraWrap arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aluminehomes@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day guarantee applies instead.
